You'll find a good introductory tutorial at w3schools (http://www.w3schools.com/aspnet/default.asp). To really learn ASP.NET, I would personally recommend that you get a book, for example, Build Your Own ASP.NET Website Using C# & VB.NET (http://www.sitepoint.com/books/aspnet1/).
