Uploading My Website On The Host Server, Using Dreamweaver Mx

I have just finish developing a particular websites that presently on my local computer. I want to now publish it to the host server.
Please I want someone to teach me all the neccesarry settings and process to follow in publishining the website on the host server using dreamweaver.

It should be in there anywhere... I use DW occasionally, but not often enough to point it out to you from the top of my head.
