Hi:
I'm looking to add a few (2-3) new moderators to the forum, for those who are interested and able. Specifically, the categories:
-JavaScript Programming (1 new mod)
-Perl/CGI (1 new mod)
-Computer Programming/ PC issues (1 new mod combined)
As a mod, you will be responsible for moderating threads in your category, such as moving threads when they don't belong there, closing/censoring, and when possible, help out with the questions themselves.
This is a voluntary position, so please keep that in mind. To be considered, you must be:
-A member in excellent standing (based on past post pattern)
-Have an excellent knowledge of the topic you wish to mod
-Must have enough free time to visit CF often :)
For those who apply, make sure you firmly meet all of the above first. Also, as only 3-4 positions are available, some good men are bound to be left out. Please don't take it personally.
