Flashing Web Page Error

Hi. My website flashes in IE when navigating from one page to another. I heard it does the same thing in Mozilla. My latest version of FireFox seems to work ok.

I've punished my brain trying to figure out why it does this and how I can fix it - possibly something cache-related? Does anyone have any ideas?

Probably reflowing caused by nested layout tables, although I must say I didn't notice it all that much.

Could be - but I haven't had this with previous sites I've created so it makes me wonder.

I believe it has something with the @import rule you are using for your stylesheet.
