sound in flash

Hi, I am importing a mp3 to the library, and when I import it, theres terrible quality, what is the best way for making it sound better, without making the .fla or .swf huge?

Not sure why the quality becomes terrible when you import it, but you can try optimizing the mp3 before you import it. You'll need a program for this. I like CDEX, which you can download here (http://cd-to-mp3.audiolaunch.com/cd-ripper/)
