Looking for experienced Vbulletin Mod Coder

Hello.

I need a custom vbulletin mod. I can not disclose any details, but here is a rough summary:

- some easy cosmetic changes. like moving the login box, adding some extra headers, etc.
- some custom user fields.
- custom search facility.
- user image gallery with some custom features. (You can use any other gallery mod, but the integration must be seamless)
- some minor changes about how the site works. (users can not post messages on this conditions, users can only send certain number of pms proportional to their forums posts, etc.)

I don't think it will be expensive, since most of these features are already in some mods. Problem is, i don't have any experience with vbulletin.
