New Computer / Dreamweaver

Hello

I have Dreamweaver on this PC ... MX 2004 --- want to load it on the new laptop....


Dreamweaver doesn't allow you to view your serial number in the program.

I can't find any receipts can't log in to their system etc.

Anyone have any round abouts to get my old serial number for the program??

Quite frustrating.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I know that most programs you can go to help and then about and the serial is there ---- but notwith dreamweaver

Have you visited the Dreamweaver site to see if they can help?

Hindsight is always better, but I always print hard copies of license key information for all my software, then store it in a safe place. I also buy CD copies of software when possible or else pay an extra fee if available so that I can re-download a product should I ever need to do that.

On my version of dreamweaver, when you start it, a box pops up in the middle of the screen while it loads. In this box, on the bottom right-hand corner, your serial number is displayed.
If you press prt sc, you should be able to write down your serial number!

a box like the start up screen comes up with scrolling credits

click it once, the scrolling credits change to your liscence info...

Your name, organisation and serial number :D
