need help setting up a vpn

here at the office we have a netgear fvs718 prosafe vpn firewall router

oracleguy was a huge help setting one of our computers up as a server but now I need for my guys in the field to have remote access to that computer

if anyone can offer any help it would be greatly appreciated

*before anyone says "why doesn't she just go out to the netgear site..." - I did that - I got lost with all the ip's and gateway's etc. - been a very long time since I've had to do anything with networking and as pathetic as it may sound it was never this involved *chuckles*

I've been back out to the netgear site and even joined their forum - can't get any help there either - they tell me things expecting that I know what they're talking about

can anyone suggest a better router thingy that offers a lil more support?

or am I just being overly sensitive again?
