DVD audio-only rip?

I realize there are a number of DVD Audio rippers out there, but none of the few I have tried can find the audio I need.
Here's what's up: I have the Reservoir Dogs DVD and there is a section in the Special Features that is just audio. The "video" is a static shot of a car radio and each push-button takes you to a different audio "station". I want the audio from this, but I cannot find it on the DVD.
I can find all other segments: the full movie, the other special features, but not this. Is there something I can use to find it?
When looking at the DVD in File Manager, it has two directories: Audio and Video, but there are no files in the Audio directory and the Video directory has only the usual IFO, BUP and VOB files. (I have File Manager set to Show Hidden Files.)
I can access the "car radio" and use the buttons in Windows Media Player, but it does not highlight which Title/Chapter it is playing and the Play button at the bottom of the player remains "greyed out".
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The tracks might be DVD audio tracks on the disc e.g. not part of the vob files, this is only a guess in the dark though but it if that is the case it would explain the difficulties you have been having.

Thanks, that found what I was looking for. I was able to save this segment as a vob file, but when I try using various DVD rippers to extract the audio, they don't want to work. They react as if there is no audio, or the file is corrupt. It plays fine on Windows Media Player. I would like to extract / convert the audio to a wav or similar format.

just do a quick google search for "vob to wav" or "vob to mp3" and you'll find tons of tutorials.

I think you misunderstand.
I did a Google search, found a number of DVD rippers for audio, downloaded them and none worked. They react to the vob file as if it is corrupt, but Windows Media Player plays it just fine.
I have tried using Xilisoft DVD Ripper to convert it to avi, as I thought I could extract the audio from that, but still no luck. I tried to use EasyDivX, but it wanted to create a 1GB file out of this 6MB (4 minute) vob, and I'm out of room on my hard drive.
Anyway, I finally figured out a workaround: I put it through Windows Media Encoder, and made a wmv, then extracted the audio from that. Sounds great.

Did you try yasa dvd ripper platinum? it works great on ripping dvd to mp3 and wav files.
