Looking for a fun side Job?!?!?!

Hey I am the owner of a ne graphics company called DirePerfections....Our site is not up yet but is in the process now. We currently have four guys that are on staff and looking to add a programer/coder.
History:In the last week we have designed a site for a band, made a banner advertising a new cd for a musican from NY and designed a logo for an advertsing company.
Up Coming:We have in the next few weeks another bands site and 12 doctors office sites to do!!!
Payment:We get paid through money orders and paypal and you,the coder, will get a percentage of everysale that you code...we will discuss how much when you contact me.
This is not a full time job, this is more for fun and experience. We really love what we do and are very dedicated...We talk everyday about new ideas and have meetings tnrough chat rooms.
This is a very young staff(17-21) but our work is really good and we like a young staff.
