The colours clash, try using shades of a colour instead of orange, with black,white, green, etc. Make the top nav bar stretch the full screen. I'd also take the fireworks off, but that's my personal preference.

Yeah, I agree with Nightfire. The animated .gif's on the site get rather annoying after a while, too. The little squares and the color changing circles to the right. The bar on the bottom as well should be stretched all the way. The right aligned text on the right of your page you might consider moving to the left a little bit, using cellpadding or just shrinking the table overall.

Nice site overall though, well organized, with the suggested improvements, if you feel like them, I think it would look better. :)
