help with loggin on to fedora

fedora will not let me log in as root and i can not rember the password for the system. is there a way to recover them both?

Whatcha mean it wont let you login? you've forgotten that password as well?

I guess the Fedora Core rescue CD might help, I've got one but I've never used it as I installed FC4 a few days ago :p
