Srtting default internet settings

When I am at college and I hook into there network for internet and so on, and when I am at home I am on my wireless network, but I have to set all the internet options up again each time I connect to each network.

So is there a way to set defaults so that all i have to do it double click on a icon on the desktop and it sets all the settings back to the defaults.

The network you are connecting to shouldn't mess with the browser defaults unless your school is doing something funky.

What do you mean by Internet settings? I'm taking it you mean your connection settings? What I do is when I take my laptop to school I automatically get an IP address from DHCP (unless I'm doing something which needs a static IP) and I've set my router to assign my laptop the same IP when I'm at home, so I don't need to do any re-config when I travel between home and school.
