We (Tactical Tournaments) are in need for a good php coder. The site is mainly about halo 2 until we gain reputation and might just expand further into other games. So if you are interested we need someone who loves gaming and will stay with us throughout the time period. We have 3 others working on this project at the moment, but things would go so much faster if we get another who knows how to code php rather than me learning and asking bunches of questions in forums. I know a small amount of php and enough to get us started but its really hard to do advance php when you don't know everything about sql yet. If anybody is interested in doing such a job please aim: TheDuk3y or email me at thedukey@30gigs.com and he will answer the rest of your questions. Thanks

Thats what i'm trying to say.... Its not a one time job. Its a long term job that gets something like a paycheck every (month, week) depends on site popularity

So your looking for a programmer that can work unlimited amount of hours and be paid by site popularity? Hmmm think of it like this, you should be stating how much the programmer will be paid, either by hour or by project and they should be paid regardless of how the site is doing. You say its a long term job, so again, whats the wage of the job?
