problem of special character!!!

hi....hope you all can help me, thanks!!

i've a page that allow user to update their details....then when user enter " (double quotation)...it will show """ on that page as well as inside database......can anyone help me pls???

If you are using Server.HTMLencode to store the data then try using it to display it.

it's okie dee....i use ascii code to disallow the user to enter this special characters.....thank u very much....:thumbsup:
