I'm still working on the design, so most of the links don't work quite yet.
What do you think about the design and are there any errors, quirks, or recommendations concerning the css.

It doesn't look bad. Seems as if you've laid it out with lower resolutions in mind which, to me, is a good thing and a polite thing to do. I'm not going to comment on the color scheme because everyone has their preferences. One thing I might suggest is maybe stretching that index box so that the bottom lines up with the grey/white text area bottom or, perhaps, fill that area with a small logo. To keep it from looking too cluttered, you might consider spreading things out a bit more than they are, leave a little more open space between the major elements, but overall, it didn't seem overly cluttered to me.

Looks pretty good to me. There appears to be a small glitch in Opera 8.52, the footer image of your gray/white curved box doesn't match-up with the box. There's about a 15 pixel gap between the two.

I would probably put a little more padding on the city rollovers on the top right so the rollover background color extends a little further beyond the text. Besides that I think it looks real good!

I think it looks very nice and clean, only thing i didn't like was in your gallery, the link is set to open in the same window, I think maybe you should drop in a little JS to open the pic in a new window that is fit to the picture size. Just my .02 cents
