I have codes for a simple email form you can use on an HTML page if you are interested. It's at home, so I won't be able to get it to you til tomorrow. I will gladly email it or post it here for you.

It's a form that has a few options i.e. why they are emailing etc that is changeable. I have tested this form a few times and it works fine.

I'll check back.
Also depending if someone happens to get this answered before I do :D

Doing a search for this at a JS site will most likely get you what you want.

I made up a page, but it's been a long time... I tried it again for sake of testing stuff, (tried in NS 4, 7 -- IE 6, and Opera 6) but there's problems ;.;

I'll include the page nonetheless and perhaps if you don't want to go searching for the codes needed, you could get someone to look at it ^.^;

Unless it has something to do with the server. It's currently on Geocities.
I HAD had it on Freewebz.com and it worked there :P

it's not 'my' script! -.o

I corrected this, I didn't think to check that. In anycase, the <!-- and // --> are there (which are now seperate from the rest of the code) as the usual "<!-- Hide from older browsers" thing.
