Is their an easy way to create a .cur file that is operational on a website (through CSS, which I have done) Possibly through paint?

There are thousands of programs for those sought of things, I wouldn't use paint though.
Go here http://www.tucows.com you will find a great selection of free programs in almost every category including creating icons and cursors.

A trumpet, actually. Princeton Bands (http://princetonbands.homestead.com) I'm not the webmaster of that site, but I help out a little bit, though I could help more, lol. If you actually start up comet cursor on it you see the trumpet image. Well, stupid Comet C. forces you through a quick download there and most people don't want that. I want that trumpet image as a .cur file to implement it into the site through CSS. I have attempted through paint, but it doesn't work. I am gonna download one of the cursor making programs soon if I have to.

Heh, I got one of the best, wahoo! I just searched for 'create cursor' and picked the smallest download for what I wanted, hehe. It's a cool program, works fine. I made a few other cursors as well. Thanks for all the help!

Lol, thanks, but, shh. I kinda wiggled my way around to kinda use the comet cursor one, lol. I did edit it a little bit, so it isn't exactly the same, lol. And Micro. is shareware, too. All the good programs are, lol.
