The website is not complete, and I didn't write everything up yet. The text is just a bunch of words to fill up the space.

Well, the idea is OK, but:

1) You shouldn't use tables for designs. Use CSS instead. (http://htmldog.com)
2) The mouseover is kind of lame.

Try to fix that. :)

I don't really care for the design much... I think it looks like something you could whip together in about ten minutes on Netscape Composer. I'm not saying you did, but you don't want your designs to look like it.

Also, all your links are images when they could very easily be text and achieve the same exact mouse over effect.

I think if you spent some more time thinking through your design and being a little more creative you could come up with something nice. I definatly switch to CSS based design, as already mentioned.

Nice effort but "dated" in terms of looks IMHO. Very image dependant, tables could be replaced by DIVs, menu graphics and JavaScript rollovers could be replaced with CSS.
