best way to posting on forums and managing posts?

Hi,

I am just wondering if anybody has some program that they use to post on a forum, or do they just post using the site? I make about 10 forum posts on average per day, and want to find an easier way to manage them, and also find a way to post quicker.

Does anyone know of any software that can help in this area, or would they like to discuss the method they use that works best for them?

well you could make a page that pulls up something in frames or with php that has all the sites.
IE:

My forum posts

Site 1:
include the view your post page on site 1
Site 2:
include the view your post page on site 2
Site 3:
include the view your post page on site 3
and so on...
