Perl blog to XML

Hello I'm thinking of making an XML for my blog that was coded using cgi/perl, how am I going to do that? Any idea?

I think what I meant was.. I have a blog using cgi/perl, and I want to have XML version for it so that I can feed RSS later on.. makes more sense?
