I am looking for a good, but free, open source help desk ticket system written in PHP and MySQL.
There seem to a be a lot out there. I would like to narrow my search before I begin installing and testing the many varieties. Can anyone suggest a good one in particular that you have used?
Although I doubt there is a free alternative with such high quality, I am looking for something that comes close to the Cerberus Helpdesk system.
