i need an image watermark program written in "c" or "visual basic" for a project.

needs to be a simple program and the formulas will be given.

It may not be a school project, it could be a business project. 'project' is a term used loosely, and could mean anything. The project could be speeding up the companies watermarking process or something like that.

By the way, I do understand that this is most likely a school project, but I am kind of broke :rolleyes:.
