It looks pretty real, but chances are that it isn't. It would be cool if it was though:

It has a full screen video display, with the revolutionary click-wheel a GUI element on screen.

Pretty nifty.

I can't find the link now, but there's a whole list of reasons why that can't be real.

As for the touch-screen click-wheel, that was patented ages ago, and has been rumoured for ages. It was actually patented in time for the 5G iPod (Grr, can't people just get these product names correct?).

Actually, the corners are more like the 4G iPod :p

There's a heckuva lot more reasons why it's fake, and I still cannot find the URL.
