Convert powerpoint to document

How can i convert powerpoint slides to a word document?
(aside from copy-paste procedure)

Thanks for your reply. But it's not actually what i want. I need to have the document printed, and not just be linked with the first slide showing.

I need the text contents of all the slides and place them in one word document.
