I’m trying to put together an ebook and perhaps webpage for owners of small business corporations. I need to include some simple legal forms similar to what you find in do it yourself legal software packages. The kind where you enter some basic text information in an input form and then the form inserts the information into the legal form. This type of software is used in CD’s like Smart Attorney Pro or Quicken Legal Documents, etc. A good online example which appears to use java script can be found at http://www.lawdepot.com/ - where you can pick any form – then insert the information in the form blanks and then press insert and – the form inserts the information in the final legal document in the proper place.

I have little programming skill so I need to find a script or a software program that I can use to develop the forms or I need to find a programmer to help.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks . . . Bob M.

In your place I would use Adobe Acrobat. If you get the full Acrobat system (not just the Reader, which is what most people think when you say Acrobat), you can create documents and forms that the user can fill in, print, or submit on line.

Thank you for the tip. I'll look into that.
