Disabled Windows Account

Whenever I try to log into this system's Administrator account it says "Account has been disabled. See system your administrator". Or something similar to that. If, I were to go into safe mode and try to log into the Administrator account I am able to. I tried Googling to find the answer or atleast what was going on but was unable to find anything. I also tried on microsoft. As generic a problem as this is it should be a generic fix. Atleast, that is what I suspect. Anyone know how to enable or re-enable a window's account that has been disabled.

Sounds like a permission thingy, if you log in in safe mode, is there a setting that says allow administrator to log in normal mode or something.
but then again it could be a safety net to prevent administrator causing damage.

I will have to check and reply back. The cpu is at my uncle's house. But I'll reply tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion.
