Cannot See Text on Buttons in Flash

Hello,

I recently created a flash program. Everything works fine but for some reason on one of my computers I cannot see the text on my buttons. I can see everything else except for the text, and the links do work also.

Only think i noticed was different was that if you right click on the flash program instead of showing flash 8 it shows flash 7.

I don't know if this is the problem or if it's one of my settings in IE.

Your version of flash is outdated on that system. I'm guessing you made the flash with Flash 8 and exported using the Flash 8 option as well. Flash 8 does not display properly in Flash 7 most of the time especially when its dealing with text. Go to Macromedia and get the Flash 8 player for internet explorer.

And I always make sure to export my flash movies as a earlier version of flash. If everything is compatible, exporting it as flash 6 or 7 will give you better compatibilty with all users.
