Cut and Paste Double Combo

Hello everyone.
This is my first post here and i hope you guys can help me out.

I'm trying to use the the Cut and Paste Double Combo i found on this link

But it doesn't quite meet my requirements
I need the combo box to populate fields i have from my database
Or at least an array from my jsp should be passed to this javascript

Can that be done?
