File attachment from server

Hi,

I am trying to get my head round how to do the below:

1) Get info from my database and attach to an email (This I have done)
2) Go to a folder on my server to get the corresponding image file (this has a ref no which corresponds with data pulled in step1) and also attach to the email and send to an end user.
