limiting a <input=file.. to display only folders

Hi I want to make a <input=file... element that will only display folders or at the very least only accept folders as input (which I guess would probably make this more of javascript question). Is there any way to limit the display to show only folders (perhaps using the "accept" attribute.

Any help greatly appreciated!

This can not be done through html or javascript. You would need to build a ActiveX control to do this.
