I have embedded Windows Media Player 2 on the home page of my site in order that people can view the video on the home page. It's all working fine, BUT the problem is the video window is black (or blank), I would like for it to show the first frame of the video (and not a big blank - black screen) and start from there. Is that possible? If so, can anyone give me the coding to accomplish it or any other method that might work. Thanks for the help.

What browser are you trying to cater to? IE only or other browsers as well?

IE mostly, but obviously I would want to include others as well. Thanks.

Well reason I ask is because you really can't put an image over an object in other browsers but IE. WMP has no way of knowing the first frame. There is a parameter called windowlessmode that will allow you to put images on top of the object in IE only. Search around for it.
