how can u make ur own toolbar for ur page, like some sites all over (hallmark.com for instance) -- apart from the regular toolbar on ur browser, a bunch of customized buttons appear whenever u're on that site.

Not entirely sure what you mea (morning head, sorry), and hallmark.com is offline for maintenance.

Being able to program in C++(or similar) for different OS's is probably a good start
