make cursor from hand type to default

Hello,

1. How to change cursor of type hand to default when
changes in textfield....

2. How to change color of link when changes in changes
in textfiled.....

i.e when changes in textfiled, link is disable then
I want to make cursor over link shld be default type
and color of link shld be change....

how to do this.............
