(urgent) Game

Hi, i never done anything like this,but i have a question:
I want to make a VERY simple game, HOW can i do that?
The game i want is very simple: i want a person on the screen wich has to look out for falling rocks, when a rock hits him/her, he/she should be dead, if it doesn't, they should just keep playing.

And I've also used that a long time ago, should be able to do what you want with ease. Just a drag and drop interface.

Anyway, on topic: Can you program at all? Why do you need this game? Why is it "urgent"? What platform does it have to run on?

I'll make it for you, but it'll cost. And I'm now unemployed and broke as hell so I'd do it cheap ;)...
