Hi all,

Posting here once again. My business continues to grow and I'm looking for some reliable programmers to help me out with some projects that I have coming up. I'm basically looking for people who have a solid background in either PHP / MySQL or Javascript / AJAX w/ XHTML / CSS

Here's what I need in order of importance.

PHP / MySQL Developer
Strong knowledge of PHP including OO concepts (PHP5+).
Ability to maintain existing code
Ability to take user requirements documents and develop a functional system.
Strong knowledge of MySQL 4.1x +
Strong knowledge of Database Design (normalization, etc)
Knowledge of E-Commerce Apps (OsCommerce, X-Cart, etc)
Basic understanding of Linux / Unix OS

Target Pay Range: $25 - $35 / hour (perhaps more for a well qualified individual)

Javascript / AJAX developer
Strong knowledge of Javascript
Strong understanding of DOM scripting
Intermediate knowledge of AJAX
Strong Knowledge of XHTML and CSS and tableless coding techniques

Target Pay Range: $20 - $30 / hour (perhaps more for a well qualified individual)

Graphic Artists
Strong knowledge of Photoshop / Fireworks
Creative style.
Ability to create professional, and creative designs (print or web)

Target Pay Range: $20 - $30 / hour (perhaps more for a well qualified individual)

Right now, I have a total of about 5 hours / week of work that I would like to sub-contract out, but business has been growing and I'm starting to turn away clients. My real goal here is to stop turning away clients and continue to grow my business. I'd like to build long term relationships with several programmers, so you should be able to work in a team environment.

Additional requirements for all these positions include:
Must be over 18
Must have solid communication skills
Must be available sometime between 8:00am and 5:00pm central time (If you're in Europe, that's fine so long as you're available in the morning central time - you get the idea).
Prefer to work with someone who's available via IM (I've got YIM, AIM, MSN)
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ok with signing a Non-Disclosure agreement.
Ok with working as an independant contractor.

If you're interested, please send me an email with relevant samples of work where you were the PRIMARY developer along with your CV / Resume to:

brandon [at] aphion [dot] com

Note: Don't be turned off by the pay rates, if you're good, I'm certainly willing to pay for it.

I just wanted to bump this thread. I'm still looking for solid PHP programmers. I've found some people for the Graphic Artist and Javascript arenas.

If you've got solid PHP skills, I'd like to chat.
