Problem with forms and the result + between every word

I have made a form for a join page in my guild in a game when when someone submits it and i receve the email it comes out like this...
CharName=Bigblades+&CharRace=Aelfborn&CharClass=Wizard&CharHistory=not+sure+yet.&PrefBranch=Lore

Insert enctype="multipart/form-data" like so:

<form action="whatever"
enctype="multipart/form-data" .......

Should work...
