Where can smart forms be incoporated into websites. Without forums and shopping carts?

By smart forms you mean, validation, and/or prefilling data?

I work in online banking, we use prefilled data all the time, for registration, account lists, and such. As well a plenty of validation on things such as payments and transfers.
