Bullets look

I am trying to ascii translate/substitute round Bullet coming from Word to a web page where it gives me a smaller Bullet compared to the Word version.

I can use a tag like <li> to translate but dont want to use html tags in my translation.

I tried &middot; and &ordm; but both output small bullets.

Please advise of any others I can try to get the large round bullet look similiar to Microsofts large Bullets look.

This gives me the square bullet ( I put spaces in between & and # and 149; because this site wont take it and makes it an icon. On my web page the & and # and 149; are together): & # 149;
How do I get round one?

the size of an ASCII character is dependent on font-size, so you should use CSS to achieve this....
