Well, personally I don't like the worn look on the links and title. I'm all for a little bit of that look, but I think your's a bit over the top to the point that it's a little difficult to read.

Also you have blue links on a blue background, and they are VERY hard to read, plus their font size is tiny.

I bumped my resolution up to a higher level 1280x1024 and your site is just a little red box in the top right quarter of the screen.

Finally, you're using tables to layout your site. I would switch to a CSS layout, as there is a long list of reasons why CSS is better than tables for site layout, not the least of which is ranking in Search Engines.

That's my 2 cents.
