Anyone know of a Terms & Conditions generator?

Hi All!

I'm looking for a generator or template for a Terms and Conditions for my website. The website does involve money, and prizes ( expensive prizes ) so I need something really good that will cover my butt. I can edit and modify it to include that kind of stuff, but I just somewhere to start. Something with the basics down and I can add on to it. After I complete it, i'm going to have a friend of a friend who is a laywer look it over, but I don't want to ask him to write it up or anything, so I kinda need to do it on my own.

The best way to write up Terms and Conditions is to visit similiar sites to yours and edit their Terms and Conditions to your needs.

A couple years ago I was looking for this and couldnt find it anywhere. I checked again and found this terms and conditions generator. It's easily the best one I could find on the web.. ..of course there aren't a whole lot of options out there.
