I need some help regarding E mailing fields of a form using CGI script.please help me out

Create a web page with a form on it and all the fields you need sent.

Give us a link to that form and I'll see what I can do. The script that
actually sends the form can be either PHP or Perl (what most people
call cgi).

There are tons of tutorials via Google on web page forms.

If your webhost allows PHP, that would be the easiest for a
"non-programmer" type person.
