Stats Box Help

hi i just made a new gaming web site called www.ugplay.com and i need help on making a small stats box like this...

STATS BOX:
Users Online
Regestered Users
Site Visits
Rate The Site (excellent, very good, good, fair, poor)<---drop down menu and after user votes results are displayed

all this stuff has to be in one box

The other stats box is

GAME STATS BOX:
How Many Times Game Has Been Played
User Game Rateing(drop down menu)
User Reviews (with how many reviews and show all) - must be loged in to post
