I need help fixing my site - CSS troubles!

Please see the following thread - I am tearning my hair out over this one :confused:

Bearing in mind that I had a go at web design due to the fact that I'm trying to save money, reasonable prices only please :D I know that I have to post what I'm willing to pay, but to be honest, I have no idea what the going rate is?! Erm... how about £20 per hour? No idea how many it would take though :(
