Popup Blocking -- A Quick Question

Hello. Perhaps y'all can answer a quick question of mine.

My webhost puts popup ads on my page. Is there any way, using Jave Scripting, CGI, or anyway else, that I can prevent these ads from "popping up?" Perhaps a quick blurb of Java script that I can put in the head?

What you're asking is against the TOS of your web host and this forum. It's unethical, and this forum will not serve as a vehicle for it. Web hosts put popup ads as a vital source of revenue. If you don't like it, you could also go for a paid host.

Please note that this is the only warning issued.

Bandwidth = money... it's that simple. Free hosts aren't what they used to be, since most of them went bankrupt. :D

If you want a free provider with no ads, try brinkster.com or some free host that supports PHP - that will also be good since you will have the opportunity to learn a server-side scripting language. :D
