Sound Converter

Can anyone please recommend a free sound converter to convert Real Media (.rm) files to Windows Media (.wma) or MP3 files.
Also one that I can upload my old vinyl and cassettes onto my computer and then to burn them to CDs.

Check out dbpoweramp (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/), it used to be free, I'm not sure if it still is.

Search around for version 11 of dbPowerAmp. v.11 was the last free version, the current one is 11.5. If its just one file I don't mind converting it, you can email it to me at apaulo2004 [at] gmail.com replace [at] with @
