Possitioning flash

the flash on the webpage appears to be in the correct place when viewed in ie, however almost everytime I come to do css p I come accross multi browser problems. Has anyone got any suggestions?
edit: the swf also moves when you resize the browser window,

I'm not sure what you are asking. Having the flash move as the user resizes their browser is the ideal thing to do because users don't like horizontal scrollbars.

Ah right sorry. You see how it appears nicely in the right column of the image in ie? Well it is possitioned slightly right of it in other browsers and I am having troubling lining it up so its similar to what it looks like in ie
