navigating to bookmarks

okay I need a way to scroll the page down to a certain tag name, like when you use #name in the link, but I can't use that here.

What does 'a certain tag name' mean?

never mind I figured it out. I used a javascrip window.locaion thing. I meant the actually tag's name as in name property <a name="tagname" />
