may addtocart form at the above url go to monpay.com rather than paypal ? If yes , please give instructions how I do this ?
Please note paypal is not running for my country so I want this paypal add-to-cart form go to another credit card processor like monpay.com or ... .

You would have to go to monpay.com to see what ifo they want you to submit, how to submit it, what variables / names to use to hold the info., etc.
