Hi all,
If anyone has time could you take a peek at my ski site, its been live now for 12 weeks. Starting to make a bit of money but no Ferrari on the horizon yet.
I know the products are limited but would appreciate some advice on the style and usability of the site.
Thanks :)

Well, yea. As far as the coding goes, it's pretty bad - no doctype, stylesheets linked in the body, deprecated tags such as bgcolor.
But that aside, I think it's okay. The colours are good and as soon as you enter the site you know what its for.
The menu could be a bit off-putting (perhaps that's the wrong word but it just seems like it has too many items). You could maybe try and widen the sections a bit eg. Mens and Womens etc and/or use sub menu's.

Thanks for all your tips guys.
I didn't realise that I had stylesheets linked in the body, I have include files for nav and footer etc and they had stylesheet links in them so that's why they were appearing in the body.
I've sorted the stylesheet links, added doctype to all the pages and removed all javascripts from the HTML into their own folders.
The next thing I plan to do is get rid of all the deprecated tags.
What benefit will this have on my site?
If you can think of anything else I need to change please let me know.
Cheers

Well I won't start a 'why use CSS' discussion, but your site will definately be faster, easier to update, and most probably be better optimized for search engines.
